Everly is operated by Relic Ventures, LLC. We can be reached at hello@talkwitheverly.com.
This privacy policy applies to all users of talkwitheverly.com and the Everly application including family members who set up accounts and elderly parents who use the companion service.
2. What Data We Collect

3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Everly service
- Personalize AI conversations for your parent
- Build and maintain the memory library accessible to your family
- Generate wellness signals and family briefings
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send important service communications by email
- Respond to support requests
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
4. How We Store and Protect Your Data
All data is stored securely using Supabase, a enterprise-grade database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is protected by Row Level Security — meaning each family's data is completely isolated and inaccessible to other users.
We use the following security measures:
- All data encrypted in transit using TLS
- Database encrypted at rest
- Row Level Security policies preventing cross-family data access
- API keys stored as environment variables, never exposed in code
- Payment data handled exclusively by Stripe — we never store card numbers
5. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate Everly:
- Anthropic — processes conversation text to generate AI responses
- ElevenLabs — processes text to generate voice audio responses
- Supabase — stores all account, conversation, and memory data
- Stripe — processes subscription payments
- Vercel — hosts the Everly application
- Resend — sends transactional emails
All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes of providing their services to us.
6. Family Access and Consent
When a family member sets up Everly for an elderly parent, the family member takes responsibility for obtaining the parent's consent to use the service. Family members with authorized access can view the parent's memory library, wellness signals, and conversation summaries through the Family View feature.
Parents access Everly through a PIN-protected link provided by the family. The parent's conversation interface does not display family monitoring features.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription:
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation
- You can export all memories and conversations during this period
- After 30 days all personal data and conversation content is permanently deleted
- Anonymized aggregate usage data may be retained for product improvement
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you and your family member
- Export your complete memory archive at any time from Settings
- Correct inaccurate profile information
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Children's Privacy
Everly is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information please contact us immediately.
10. Sensitive Health Information
Everly's wellness monitoring features may process conversation content that relates to health, mood, and emotional wellbeing. We treat this information with the highest level of care and it is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Wellness signals are shared only with authorized family members of the specific account and are used solely to support family awareness.
11. Cookies and Tracking
Everly uses essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. We do not sell or share cookie data with advertising networks.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Everly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
